MoleMax II
WORLDWIDE STANDARD IN DERMOSCOPY - MoleMax II System - First DELM System worldwide
MoleMax II system was first DELM system sold worldwide. Developed in joint effort with University Hospital of Vienna it became standard two camera dermoscopy system solution accepted everywhere. MoleMax II was build around unique Micro Camera with Fixed Foxus and Fixed Magnification for ideal Follow-Up conditions, extended with MoleMax Macro Camera for clinical and overview pictures.
Thanks to the worldwide patented technique of light polarization dermatoscopic examinations are done without the use of immersion fluids. Neutral halogene light source provides best possible depth penetration for perfect micro images and LED illumination light in the macro-imaging mode allows putting the camera directly onto the skin for taking close-up and clinical images. Integrated mouse in both cameras for easy software control and handling enables equipment to be operated from the camera during examinations with automatic recognition of ELM or macro imaging mode. Logical linking of macro, close up and ELM image as well as additional import of histo pathological images round up MoleMax II system.

MoleMax I Plus presented advanced version of the MoleMax I Video Dermoscopy System, equiped with high resolution Canon Digital Still Camera for high resolution macro, close-up and DELM imaging.
It incorporated all features of standard MoleMax I System including full featured MoleMax Software but adopted for high resolution digital still dermoscopy.

BASIC ONE-CAMERA VIDEODERMOSCOPY SYSTEM
The predecessor of MoleMax I featured many of known MoleMax features such as ELM and macro imaging but presented in a simple design with simplified software solution. DocuMax was designed to be most economic entry level dermoscopy solution but soon it was replaced by more advanced MoleMax I System with upgrade option for every system delivered.
The production of DocuMax System has been discontinued in 2004 but every system delivered can be upgraded to MoleMax I specification including newest Computer with latest Windows Operational System, as well as to the latest MoleMax Software Version, networkable with any modern MoleMax system.
MoleMax I Portable
PORTABLE VERSION OF MOLEMAX I SYSTEM
This portable version of MoleMax I System featured all MoleMax I features in a portable case build around industrial computer with the touchscreen. MoleMax I Portable System was designed to be most economic entry level dermoscopy solution where space is an issue. It offered desktop solution without compromising the MoleMax I usability.
The production of MoleMax I Portable System has been discontinued in 2005 and upgrades are not possible due to the limitations of industrial computer used, but database can be upgraded and transfered to any modern MoleMax system.

DermDOC HR is developed as trickle-down design from MoleMax HD system. The system uses the same camera technology as MoleMax HD but the HD Quality Live Video is provided over USB 3 cable for easy connection to a third party desktop computer or a laptop after easy self-installation. It is compatible with any Windows 7 or newer computer equipped with USB 3.

MoleCount
AUTOMATIC MOLE Mapping - Mole Count Modul
Change of pigmented nevi is an important factor in early detection of melanoma at high risk patients. It is often difficult to identify changed or new moles in the follow-up of these patients. Changes of moles in the back are
difficult to be discovered by the patients themselves. MoleCount is the one of the worldwide most advanced mole mapping and screening systems for the detection of change in nevi.
Two similiar follow-up images of a relevant body site for one patient will be
compared. MoleCount automatically detects nevi in the first and in the follow-up image and computes the mole mapping. Additionally the software extracts features relevant to the size, shape, and brightness of each lesion, and these features are compared for all mapped nevi. Extracted moles are shown in full resolution giving a detailed image of the nevus.The software is best used with digital still cameras delivered with MoleMax systems.
MoleScore
AUTOMATIC MOLE SCORING - Mole Score Modul
MoleScore is a software based on extensive experience in the field of automated analysis of pigmented skin lesions. The software works with a range of different camera systems used in devices developed by Derma Medical Systems. High quality dermatoscopic images of pigmented skin lesions are the main requirement for the successful use of this software. MoleScore measures asymmetry, blur of border, color and size of lesions. These parameters have been commonly accepted as major factors for the ABCD rule.
MoleScore module is fully integrated into the MoleMax software but is sold separately as premium option. All images scored are saved for future evaluation with their appropriate scoring results in the database.
Scoring the Follow-Up images can give excellent insight if development of potentialy melanocitic moles and help in early melanoma detection.

ECONOMICAL DIGITAL DERMOSCOPY SET
PhotoMAX Plus is perfect economic digital still dermoscopy solution. From clinical overview up to advanced dermoscopy, all images are saved in high resolution quality. Ergonometric designed grip handle allows simple operation and fast and economical use. Together with PhotoMAX Documentation Software it offers ideal Photo-Dermoscopy solution.
All images are displayed online on the Monitor utilizing unique LiveImage option, as well as on the camera display for easy image positioning.
PhotoMAX Plus features high resolution Canon digital Camera with rechargable polarized ELM interface and multifunctional grip.
