MoleMax 3
3 “LIVE” INTEGRATED CAMERA -
Dermoscopy system
MoleMax 3 is the logical technology step towards an
advanced Digital Image Capture System. It is used
for both daily ambulatory operations and for scientific
research. With three particularly developed cameras
for the different ELM and macro imaging requirements,
it consolidates the best ergonomics and easy to use convenience.
Uses patented light polarization technique without immersion fluids and /or conventional
liquid adapters.

rechargeable accu)
Unique new camera software control
Camera live image on monitor

Real Time/Overlay Follow Up
A quick comparison in large scale is one of
the most important features Doctors look for
in Skin Imaging software. A Follow Up Image
may be taken with the previous image side by
side or as Overlay View. This allows a reliable
comparison of lesion alterations over an
extended period of time.

Trending and Monitoring
Clinical Audit and Quality assessment. Macro,
Micro and Histopathology images taken over
time with comments. A complete patient history
can be kept in chronological filing of every image
taken with the appropriated comments.

Histopathology
The Histopathology module is primarily used
to import Histo images into the patient database.
Histo images may be imported from any storage
media connected to the MoleMax system
including the local drive, CD/DVD drive, a USB or
flash drive, external storage drive or a network
location.

Expertizer Plus
The basis of this unique, future oriented program
is a histo- pathological secure database of images
of pigmented lesions taken with MoleMax. The
program package includes image analysis
functions based on state of the art technology,
and uses the clinically well-known ABCD Rule
or Seven Point Checklist to support the
classification of lesions being diagnosed.

Automatic MoleScore Module
To be used for automatic scoring of moles
and pigmented skin lesions, not a final diagnosis
but a given risk factor for second opinion.
Automatic Mole Count
Two similar Follow-Up Images of a relevant body
site for one patient will be compared. This
software automatically detects nevi in the first
and in the follow-up image and computes the
mole mapping. Additionally the software
extracts features relevant to the size, shape
and brightness of each lesion, and these features
are compared for all mapped nevi. Extracted
moles are shown in full resolution giving a detailed
image of the nevus.
